Slovak property portals show today's asking prices and nothing else. Trhopis records every listing every day, watches the cadastre for ownership changes and turns the two into something the portals cannot offer: how long things really take to sell, at what discount, and where.
What I built
A Python pipeline runs nightly on my server: fetch, parse, snapshot into PostGIS, pack the raw pages into a compressed archive. A FastAPI service exposes the numbers and a static Astro portal renders a page per district with price indicators, a pulse of the week and map layers. Since August it also carries crime and air-quality layers from public data, with the licences reviewed and documented.
Status
Piloted on Košice sale listings, with over half a million listing snapshots recorded so far.
